The Paramount Process
The Consultation
At Paramount, we believe the client should be extensively involved in the design process. First, you will meet with one of our project managers for a general overview of what excites you about the idea of building a custom home. The project manager will go through a questionnaire to determine what is most important to you in the layout and design of your dream home. The results from the questionnaire and your vision will guide us in devising a floor plan perfect for your needs.
Building Your Home
Once the plans have been finalized, Construction can begin. At Paramount, the importance of quality will always be stressed over quantity. We do not assign multiple projects to our managers. Your project manager will be assigned to your project only. They will be available throughout the entire process to answer all your questions and make sure all your concerns and needs are addressed. We will work diligently to ensure your satisfaction.

What We Offer
Exquisite Craftsmanship
Details are of the utmost importance. Custom cabinetry by the areas best grace the confines of our homes. Beautiful niches and wood work can be found throughout our builds. We work with some of the best architects to ensure a truly unique design for each home.
Personalized Experience
We will always place quality over quantity. Each of our builds are assigned a project manager. If we don't have a free manager we will not accept the project at the time. All of our homes are the sole focus of the managers assigned to them. The manager will be openly available to the client to provide walk throughs and answer questions.
Timely Completion
We strive to complete all projects in a reasonable time frame. Some projects require more time than others but it is our goal to complete every project in a time frame satisfactory to our clients. We vow to work at a pace that will allow us to finish in the least amount of time possible while maintaining structural integrity.
